Property, setting and location:
A traditional Welsh stone house, situated in a secluded river valley in a quiet and beautiful country village, Dewi Villa offers a peaceful stay to those seeking Bed & Breakfast or Self-Catering accommodations.

The house is situated approximately 11 miles from Cardigan Bay with its fascinating wildlife which includes dolphins. The National Botanical Gardens of Wales and many historic buildings and gardens are within a short drive. The nearby River Teifi offers good fishing for salmon, trout and sewin and also outdoor adventures at its Canoe Centre (details for both can be provided on request). For the bird-watcher and rambler, there are spectacular coastal and countryside walks: Red Kites and Buzzards regularly fly over Dewi Villa's garden.

Other local attractions include steam railways, leisure centres, a honey farm, the Red Kite feeding station.

Guest rooms, facilities and the garden:
Bed & Breakfast accommodations comprise 2 double bed-sitting rooms, one with private bathroom and the other adjoining. In-room facilities include television and tea and coffee making facilities. An additional camp bed or baby's cot is available on request.

Downstairs, there is an apartment for 2 persons, which can be used as self-catering or bed & breakfast accommodation, with a bed-sitting room (2 single beds) with television, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. Shower room through lobby (with helpful grab rails) and toilet.

Guests are free to enjoy the south facing terrace and garden at any time, and you may also use the computer, the clothes washing/drying facilities and BT Telephone. Linen and Towels are provided.

A key is given to guests so you may come and go as you please.

Sorry but access is not suited to guests using wheel chairs, however the ground floor apartment is suited to guests of limited mobility.
 
 

Meals and other facilities:

For B&B guests, breakfast of your choice is served at a time to suit you and included in the basic tariff - you can also opt not to have in-house breakfast and the tariff is reduced accordingly.
Snack supper and picnic lunch also available on request with advance notice.
Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be catered for with prior warning.

Children of all ages and housetrained pets are welcome.
Off road parking.
A plentiful supply of maps and pamphlets, covering the local area, are provided in each room.
