Property, setting and location:
A large modern house, set in three and a half  acres of  tranquil wooded gardens.
Situated just outside Copthorne village in a private estate just 10 minutes by car from London Gatwick Airport, 40 minutes by train from London and 35 minutes by car from Brighton.

Guest rooms, facilities, and the garden:
3 spacious double bedrooms, 1 twin room with two single beds each with en-suite or private bathroom overlooking the gardens. Each room has a television, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities.

Two double rooms on the ground floor are suited to guests with limited mobility.

Guests have use of the sitting room (satellite channels), patio and may roam the grounds, part of which is garden and the rest accessible woodland.

Meals and other facilities: A full English breakfast is included in the basic tariff shown below (7.30 until 9.30 am). Vegetarian can be catered for  (filled mushroom brioche, tomatoes and scrambled eggs.

Dinner is not served in house but there several restaurants and good English pubs to choose from in and around Copthorne.
