Property, setting and location:
Cumberland House is a large detached Edwardian guesthouse, conveniently situated only 1 mile from Gatwick Airport (yet quietly removed from the flight path) and within easy walking distance of Horley town centre for shops and restaurants. The town also benefits from having a 16th century pub (Ye Olde Six Bells) which is only 250 yards away from Cumberland House.

Only 2 miles from junction 9 on the M23. By rail, London is 35 minutes and Brighton and the south coast 30 minutes.

Guest rooms, facilities and the garden:
There are 7 comfortable guestrooms, all recently decorated and newly furnished. All have en-suite bath or shower and toilet, colour TV, radio/alarm and tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdyer and ironing facilities are available on request.

Meals and other facilities:
Breakfast is always included in the basic tariff and is served in the breakfast room. A choice of cooked or continental is served between 7.30 and 9.00am or, if preferred, continental breakfast can be served in can be served in your room. For early departures, a self service breakfast is available.

Vegetarian and special diets can be catered for with prior notice.
