
Property, setting and location:
In a tranquil position, Owens Court is a gracious Georgian farmhouse: the property is a working farm, which produces the traditional Kentish crops of apples. pears, plums and cherries.It is within easy driving distance of the beautiful cathedral city of Canterbury, the historic ports of Chatham and Faversham (3 miles) and traditional seaside resorts such as Whitstable (oysters and other seafood).
A friendly welcome and great hospitality is assured. There is easy access by car from the M2 and it is conveniently placed for the Channel ports of Dover and Folkestone. It is equally pleasant as a holiday base or a stopping-off point en-route to or from the Continent.
Guest rooms and facilities:
The three bedrooms are large and comfortable: one (No 1) has an en-suite bathroom, the others have wash basins and share the guest bathroom and two separate toilets. All rooms have colour TV.1. Single.

3. Family room with a double and a single bed.
A cot and hairdryer can be provided on request.
There is a pleasant sunny sitting room with TV, games, toys and maps. On the landing there are tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and snacks.
In summer you are very welcome to enjoy the lovely garden and to walk on the farm.
Meals and other facilities:
A full English breakfast or a choice of cheese, fruit, bread etc. is always included in the basic tariff and served in the elegant dining room.
Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.Dinner is not served in house but there is a wide choice of restaurants and country pubs, including the village pub in Selling, to suit all tastes in the locality.

Sorry, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
