Property, setting and location:
Langton House is a large double fronted Victorian house in a quite tree lined road in the centre of Windsor. Family owned since early 70's it has been a guesthouse since 1980 and has an ETC 4 Diamond rating.

The town centre and Windsor Castle are within 5 minutes easy walk

Windsor is ideally located as a base to visit London and many local attractions such as Windsor Castle, Windsor Great Park, The River Thames, Windsor racecourse, Legoland, Household Cavalry museum, Frogmore House, Windsor Theatre Royal, sports and leisure pool complex, Windsor Arts Centre, Savill Gardens, Virginia Water, Runnymede, Eton and Eton College, Dorney Court, Ascot racecourse, Thorpe Park, Wentworth golf course, Sunningdale golf course, Cliveden House, Odds Farm Park, The Shire Horse Centre and Bekonscot Model Village. Windsor also boasts a multitude of pubs and restaurants that serve everything from excellent traditional English fayre, fast food and a multitude of foreign and exotic foods.

Your hosts, Paul and Sonja, try to give their guests as much help as possible in organizing trips in the local area.

Guest rooms, facilities, and the garden:
All rooms are centrally heated throughout winter, with colour TV, clock/radio and hair dryers. Each room has been individually decorated in keeping with the Victorian image of the property and are exceptionally spacious, approx 4 metres x 6 metres.

1. Family room with a double and a single bed, shower and toilet en-suite.
2. Standard double with private shower and toilet.
3. Standard double with shower and toilet en-suite.

There is a guest lounge which has a wide-screen television, video and video library.

A payphone and local tourist information is available to all guests.

The house is set back from the road with a well-tended front garden.

  
Meals and other facilities:
A full English or Continental breakfast is served from 7am to 8.30am weekdays and 7.30am to 9am weekends. Toast, cereals and fruit juice are provided. Your hosts will always try their best to accommodate the individual preferences or dietary needs of any guest.

Dinner is not served in house but all rooms have access to a small kitchen containing free tea, coffee and biscuits, along with fridge, microwave and toaster. There is a multitude of restaurants and good English pubs to choose from in and around Windsor and Eton, all within walking distance.

Off street parking is available for 2 cars.
Drying facilities are available upon request.
Secure storage for bags and bikes etc is also available.
